I WANT THISPROGRAM OUTLINE

WEEK 1: RELEASE
We take immediate action to release some of the unpleasant symptoms you may be experiencing. When we are ill, stressed, or burnt out, we can tend to obsess over how we feel. We spend too much time in a sympathetic fight-or-flight nervous state. This leads to heightened adrenaline, over-stimulation, and anxiety. Week 1 is all about relieving the pressure and gently starting to release some of this stress with skills you can use immediately. NLP Techniques used: Pattern Interrupt. Anchoring, Powerful ‘energy psychology’ techniques.

WEEK 2: REPATTERNING
You can’t heal when you aren’t getting adequate rest. This week we go deep and start to repattern our behavior and deep unconscious attitudes to our health. The MInd-Body connection really comes to the fore in Week 2. It may lead to significant changes and improve your health. NLP Techniques used: Hypnosis, Deep Trance Identification. We’ll be doing group healing hypnosis sessions too - powerful!

WEEK 3: REFRAMING
Our thoughts and attitudes play a crucial role in our health and wellbeing. This week, we'll work on reframing any negative thought patterns that may be holding you back. These thought patterns may be subtle and deeply ingrained, but with the power of NLP, you can learn to recognize and rewrite them. This will empower you to break free from self-limiting beliefs and cultivate a healthier, more positive mindset. Healing isn't just physical—it's mental and emotional, too. NLP Techniques used: Meta Model, Submodalities, Reframing.

WEEK 4: RESTRUCTURING
This week, we tap into my two decades worth of experience in behavior change and NLP to shift our focus towards the fundamental element of successful habit formation. This transformation has to be long-term. We'll escalate our efforts to modify your thought patterns for long-term healing, and embed well-proven, habit-forming methods within your routine. Our goal? We aim to empower you to effortlessly switch to a parasympathetic state whenever necessary, fostering a lasting equilibrium between your body and mind.
