As someone involved in the recruitment sector for over 35 years moving up the ladder from consultant to CEO I followed the tried and tested way to do recruitment but when I sat back and looked at it with an open mind I began to see major flaws in all the things we were taught to believe.

What I found out was that a lot of recruiters are doing the right things but they donât convert the hard work into performance simply because they are approaching things from the wrong angle, and are just repeating the same mistakes time and time again with no way out.
My solution is to highlight simple changes to conventional recruitment methodologies and thinking that make huge positive differences. starting out as a consultant and working my way to CEO and Board Member of a number of large international recruitment companies.
My career started in Australia but I have lived and worked in South East Asia and for the last 25 years I have been predominantly UK based.
