My anxiety and Imposter Syndrome is so much more manageable, my confidence has grown, I have healthy daily habits and routines, my family, friends and work relationships have been enhanced, I am no longer a people-pleaser and I now know how to chat with my inner Crazy Lady, affectionately known as Henrietta!
